Vehicle Burglary
 

Crime prevention tips for reducing the chance of your vehicle being burglarized.  Vehicle Burglary simply defined is a person entering your vehicle with the intent to steal items.

1. Park vehicle's in garage or driveway.
2. Use exterior lighting to include motion detecting lights.
3. Remove valuable items from vehicle or plain sight.
4. Lock car doors.
5. Utilize your neighbors and be a neighbor:  let neighbors know when your going to be away for extended periods.  Pay close attention to your neighbors property and vehicles.
6. REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY TO THE POLICE!
