Bike Patrol Unit

The Grinnell Police Department utilizes a bike patrol unit for special assignments and routine patrol.  There are several benefits to officers on bicycles.

Capabilities

The Grinnell Police Departments bike patrol unit is capable a performing all law enforcement tasks.  Bike Officers respond to calls, make traffic and violator stops, and patrol almost all areas of the city.
